Scallop appetizers were perfectly made and fresh. it was hard to quit after having two. My meal of a wedge salad had some great flavor and the blue cheese was very good. My overall rating of this meal went down after I looked at the leading edge of the iceberg lettuce wedge which had a brownish discoloration on the leading edge as if it had been cut previously then stuck back in cooler with no wrapping. A 5 second cut with a knife before delivering to the table would have gotten rid of this discoloration. Service on the other hand started good but ebbed quickly and this was because the restaurant was not even full. The waiter that took our order I guess had to service another table 6+ across the room so basically never saw him again. I had to ask another waiter that delivered the food to refill my empty glass of tea that had been that way for 10 minutes. So for my first visit to the place I do not really think that I would choose it as my first choice when in the area again.

Crab cake was really good and salmon was really good also. Would definitely eat here again.

Wonderful restaurant, rich food that's high quality. It's pricey (my husband and I got an appetizer, 2 cocktails, 2 entress and 1 dessert for $100) but considering the quality, it's worth it! Hubby said his steak was the best he'd ever had. My fettuccine was amazing. The cucumber and lime mojito was surprisingly refreshing. It's not a very big menu, but it's good! The creme brulee knocked our socks off!! And our server, Scott, was excellent.

This is my favorite place to eat in Anacortes

Very lovely restaurant. I loved that there were two sort of sections to sit. One area was in front of the floor to ceiling windows and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The other section was more private, with sofas as chairs for maximum comfort.

Best burger I have ever had!!! Dan the chef is a genius with combining food and presentation is superb!! Our waitress Franny was so attentive and knowledgeable. We will be back!!!

Lovely views, food is average, some what pricey.

I love this place! Delicious fresh seafood and perfectly cooked filet, and the view of the bay is stunning. The staff is always attentive and professional.

We had dinner here for our 16th anniversary. We both ordered medium-rare steaks, mine was ok but my wife’s was under cooked. She ask the waiter to put it back on the grill for a few minutes, when it came back it was over cooked, almost well done. The waiter was great, the manager we talked to was great, the cook not so much. He did my wife’s steak wrong twice. Her dinner consisted of a few vegetables and a baked potato, certainly not worth the price we paid. The manager was very apologetic and comped us desert but that didn’t quite make up for my wife’s missed dinner. I doubt we’ll go back.

Ambience feels a bit like a cafeteria, and it's pretty damn pricey. That said the food is excellent and our service was over the top excellent!

Took my sweetheart here for a belated Valentine's dinner. It was amazing! Greeted with a friendly smile and given an option of tables. Served bread and water shortly after and was waited on for our drink order. Service was quick and friendly, never felt like we were being rushed or ignored. Will definitely be back!

This is a hidden little gem atop of the Swinomosh Hotel and Casino. Our party of four had steak or seafood and everyone enjoyed their entrees. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor. It is a fine dining experience so it was a little on the pricey-side. Kudos for a great atmosphere, good service and tasty food!

Nice restaurant, great atmosphere and friendly service. The food is pretty good, it's alittle pricey but for the most part worth it. My pork chop was over cooked but the flavor was good. The scallops were great but $16 for 2. The steak was amazing! Our crab cakes could've used alittle more crab but they tasted good. Worth a visit.

Great food and good atmosphere. A little pricey. There were a few pieces of crab shell in our mac and cheese, but that would be my only complaint.

The food here is incredible! We got the halibut special and it was amazing!!! It was a little pricey, but the quality of the food was totally yum. I can’t wait to come back here. We will definitely be back here.

Late at nigh, wait staff very helpful being I wanted a BLT how ever not on menu. The wait staff made sure I could get one she priced it as a Ham sandwich was very good. Thanks to wait I was pleased.

I always enjoy my time at 13 Moons why because the food is always worth it.We came this time for our anniversary, we made reservations for 6:30 pm we arrived at 7:00 pm.The young man who was our server was very friendly and polite, however this was the worse service we have ever received.We walked finally got our bill at 9:16 pm.Everything took forever to get, it was like he kept forgetting about us.At one point he even made a joke to try an lighten the mood about the service. Again he was nice and funny just slow and unattentive when it came to our table. We will return, because this is the only time our service was not up to the standard we expect from 13 Moons.1/31/20 -Returned with my sweetie again for another amazing dinner, the service was excellent again it seems to get better every time we come, food was excellent as well.

This is an excellent restaurant. The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. A real treat for us to have in the local area.

We had a Coho Salmon special with bacon and apple relish, it was delicious and the crembrûlée? Desert was so amazing. The server was first class, I can’t remember his name though. The views are so beautiful, we saw a rainbow low in the sky around sunset and had all the orange, yellows of fall blazing over the islands. This place is beautiful!

Great food and service, affordable higher end restaurant. We had a group in the hospitality room and it was a fabulous night! Thank you, I will be back!

Pretty restaurant, helpful and friendly staff, and a refreshing view. I ordered the Caesar salad as my main meal, which was essentially a plate of organized whole lettuce leaves served to me with anchovies on top, and water pooling on the bottom. I think the dressing was lightly sponged on, cause I had trouble finding it. That being said, the crab cake and scallops appetizers were great, and their bread served with olive oil was delicious.

The smores crem brulee is worth it alone.
